More than half of LGBTI high school students have experienced some form of violence related to sexual orientation or gender identity, and as many as 54.3% of students have experienced violence in the last year – according to research conducted by IDEAS. Violence can be very common, and it is especially alarming that every tenth student who has experienced violence related to sexual orientation or gender identity is exposed to violence almost every day.

In order to respond to the worrying level of discrimination in the field of labor and employment in Serbia, the IDEAS Research and Development Center and the Regional Info Center are implementing a project to support companies to develop measures to include LGBT + workers and implement an anti-discrimination legislative framework.
