In order to help LGBTI people who face discrimination in the labor market, within the #UvekSvoji campaign, a portal ispoštuj.me was created by IDEAS and Regional Info Center. Portal provides information, but also direct help and support to people who face discrimination or abuse, or believe that the company does not treat them in the same way as other employees. The problem of discrimination at work is particularly significant during the crisis caused by the covid-19 virus pandemic, given that LGBTI people have difficulties accessing the labor market, and that a large number of LGBTI people are employed in the informal sector or on temporary contracts.
The campaign was supported by TV and theater actor and professional ballet dancer Dušan Kaličanin, who shot a short and funny video for the campaign, but with an important message – inviting all LGBT + people to contact if they have problems at work due to sexual orientation or gender identity.
The ispoštuj.me portal is part of the project “Dignity at Work – Supporting the Development of Diversity at Work and Improving the Protection of Socio-Economic Rights” implemented in partnership by the IDEAS Research and Development Center and the Regional Info Center, with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

U cilju pomoći LGBTI osobama koje se susreću sa diskriminacijom na tržištu rada, u okviru kampanje #UvekSvoji kreiran je portal ispoštuj.me koji informacije, ali i direktnu pomoć i podršku osobama koje se susreću sa diskriminacijom ili zlostavljanjem, ili smatraju da ih kompanija ne tretira na isti način kao ostale zaposlene. Problem diskriminacije na radu posebno je značajan u vreme krize prouzrokovane pandemijom virusa covid-19, uzimajući u obzir to da je LGBTI osobama otežan pristup tržištu rada, te da se veliki broj LGBTI osoba zapošljava u neformalnom sektoru ili na privremenim ugovorima.
Kampanju je podržao je i TV i pozorišni glumac i profesionalni baletski igrač Dušan Kaličanin, koji je za potrebe kampanje snimio kratak video humorističkog karaktera, ali sa važnom porukom – pozivom svim LGBT+ osobama da se jave ukoliko imaju problema na poslu zbog seksualne orijentacije ili rodnog identiteta.
Portal ispoštuj.me deo je projekta ”Dostojanstvo na radu – podrška razvoju diverziteta na radu i unapređenju zaštite socio-ekonomskih prava” koji partnerski realizuju Centar za istraživanje i razvoj društva IDEAS i Gej lezbejski info centar, uz podršku Ambasade Kraljevine Holandije u okviru programa MATRA.
